Dice the tomatoes. - Heat a wide based pan with a drizzle of vegetable oil and matching lid over a medium heat.
Add the tomatoes, season with salt and cook until broken down. - Whilst cooking, rinse the lentils and beans. - Slice the pepper, and crush and finely chop the garlic.
Once broken down. Add the white wine and sugar to the tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes until the vinegar is mostly evaporated.
Add the peppers and garlic and cook for two minutes.
Add the paprika and mix well until fully combined, then mix in the Chipotle chilli paste.
Add the lentils and beans and mix well until everything is coated. - Boil a kettle.
Add 500ml boiled water to the stock cube, stir well then add to the pan. Stir well, bring to the boil, then cook covered over a medium heat for 30mins.
Cut the loaf in half. hollow both halves out. heat an oven at 180C Fan. - Drizzle the inside of the loaf halves and place in the oven to toast.
Serve by putting the beans inside the loaf halves.
