  5. Take 60 ml milk
  6. Prepare 2 tsp chocolate syrup
  7. Make ready 1 tsp baking soda
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp baking powder
  9. Prepare 1 tsp butter/oil

  1. In a mixer add crushed biscuits,coffee powder,sugar and make it fine powder.
  2. Now add milk and grind it for 1 mintue.
  3. Add baking powder,soda and mix everything well.
  4. Take a cake tin/vessel that's base is equal in shape and grease it with oil/butter.
  5. Pour the batter into vessel and tap twice.
  6. Take a pressure cooker add 2 glasses of water and pre heat it for 10 mintues.
  7. Place the cake vessel/tin.(Put a stand under it so that it doesn't fall off in the water).
  8. Cover it with plate/aluminium foil and steam it for 30-35 minutes in medium flame.
  9. Check the cake if it's cooked well by using a stick/spoon. Let it become cool
  10. Transfer the cake upside down to a plate
  11. Now add chocolate syrup (I have used Hershey's) and spread well into the cake.
  12. Keep it in fridge for 5-10 mintues. Your easy chocolate biscuit cake is ready to eat!!!
  13. Pro tip: if you don't have chocolate syrup add in melted dairy milk or any other chocolate. If u are doing it in oven take the tin and place it in a bowl which has water and steam it for 30mintues at 180°
  14. Note: covering the cake is must if u are steaming the cake:) or else it will become soggy.
