  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Boil carrots
  3. Cube chicken breast and boil with broth
  4. Boil noodles
  5. When the first 3 are done put in large bowl and add all ingredients (except 1 cup of cheese and crushed chips) mix well and add to 9x13 baking dish
  6. Cover with cheese then chips
  7. Bake for 30 min.
  8. Serve and enjoy
