  3. Brown chicken on all sides set aside and cover once done
  4. Cook sausage set aside and cover with chicken when done

  6. Add onion pepper and red pepper flakes to dutch oven and cook for 10 minutes
  7. Add cajun seasoning and flour heat for 1 minute
  8. Slowly stir and whisk chicken stock to avoid clumps
  9. Increase heat and boil for 1 minute
  10. Reduce heat to simmer and add heavy cream and velveeta to melt
  11. Add chicken sausage and noodles. Stir to coat evenly
  12. Add shrimp, green onions, parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve.
