  1. Take a pan add oil and onion fry until dark brown
  2. When onion is dark brown add tomato ginger garlic paste and mix together stirring spoon continuously
  3. After 2 minutes add chicken and 3 to 4 tbsp water mix together and fry until chicken is 70 percent done
  4. Now add palak in the chicken mix together fry for 2 minutes
  5. After 2 minutes add potatoes mix together and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
  6. After 3 minutes add 1 cup water lid cover and pressure for 3 minutes
  7. After 3 minutes alu palak chicken is ready serve with chapatti
