  19. Take 1 pinch black seeds

  22. Prepare 1 cup Oil
Instructions to make Palak Chicken (spinach):
  1. Wash the spinach cut into pieces and boil.Purée it with the blender. Put aside
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and fry till golden brown.
  3. In blender add fry onion, tomatoes,2 green chillies,garlic cloves and ginger puree it put aside.
  4. In remaining oil add chicken fry till colour change add blended mixture.
  5. After 5 minutes add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, crushed coriander,crushed cumin,salt, black seeds,whole spices, garam masala powder and dry fenugreek cook well.
  6. Add beaten yoghurt and lemon juice fry well.
  7. Now add blended spinach and cook 5 minutes on high flame add green chilies.
  8. Cook on low flame add garam masala powder, coriander leaves,ginger and lemon slices,Removes from the stove..
  9. Serve hot..
