Get 500 gms chicken
Make ready 4 onions
Make ready 3 tomatoes

Instructions to make Palak Chicken:
Blanch the spinach and make a puree and keep aside.
In a kadai take oil and add bay leaf. Add finely chopped onion and saute till colour changes. Add ginger garlic and chilli paste and saute for 2 mins.
Mix everything well. Add little water and cook till tomatoes are soft and mushy.
Add chicken pieces and mix well.Add salt.Add 1/4 cup water and cover and cook till chicken turns soft.
Once done add palak puree and mix well. Cover and cook for 10 mins. If required you can add little water to make gravy.
Serve hot with Roti or Naan.
