  1. Make ready 1/2 kg chicken pieces
  2. Prepare 1 bunch palak

  7. Get 6-8 garlic clove finely chopped

  14. Get 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

  19. Prepare 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  20. Take To taste Salt as taste

Instructions to make Chicken palak:
  1. Wash and chopped palak, cut the onion into slices.
  2. Take a kadhai put oil heat it and add all whole spices.saute for few seconds then add onion saute until it becomes light brown.add ginger garlic saute one minute then add the chopped palak in it,add water and cooked until it becomes soft and mushy.
  3. Now add chicken saute for 2-3 minutes.add coriander powder,red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt add chopped tomatoes.cooked untill oil separated. Add some water Cover the lid and cooked for 15 minutes.
  4. After 15 minutes remove the lid and cooked on high flame for 4-5 minutes.then add garam masala powder and kasurimethi. Cook another minute and turn off the flame.serve with chapati or paratha.
