Prepare 1/2 kg Chicken washed and cleaned
Prepare 2 cups spinach
Get as required Oil

Take 11/2 tsp Turmeric powder
Get 1 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
Get 1 1/2 tsp Coriander powder

Steps to make Palak chicken:
Take a kadhai and heat oil.Once oil is hot,add ginger garlic paste and saute.Now add onions and when the colour turns translucent,add tomatoes & saute it.
Now add all the spices and saute well.Add little water so that all the spices are well mixed.
Now put the chicken pieces into it and mix well.
Now boil the spinach and once it's boiled, remove all the water.Now put them into a grinder and make puree out of it.
Put the spinach puree into the chicken and mix well.
Cover the lid and cook till the chicken pieces are fully cooked.
Once chicken is cooked, add amul cream into it.Mix well and saute for 1 minute.
Garnish with amul cream.
Serve hot palak chicken with butter naan or rice.
