  18. Get As required Few drops vinegar(as per tanginess needed)

  1. Blanch spinach leaves in microwave for 2-3 mins and add cold water to it,then grind to paste.
  2. Mix all the ingredients. Add the spinach paste too.
  3. Make koftas and shape it. Brush a grill pan and place the koftas on it. Cook both sides till cooked and desired colour comes.
  4. To accompany it tomato chutney goes well.Heat oil in a kadai and roast tomato and garlic for 5 mints(till mushy)
  5. Add the both chilli powders and vinegar and switch off the gas, mix well to combine. Grind to smooth.
  6. Enjoy with koftas.
