Instructions to make Buffalo Chicken Mac-n-Cheese:
Preheat oven to 350dgr F and bring pot of water to boil
Heat butter in sauce pan on medium heat and whisk in butter, cook for 3 min and add in all seasonings besides salt for pasta
Add salt to taste and pasta to big pot of water and cook for 7 minutes
While pasta is cooking slowly add in 1 cup of milk while wisking to make it smooth, add in cream cheese that you cut up into chunks (it melts faster) add in rest of milk.
When milk and cream cheese is at a thick consistency add in you buffalo sauce and shredded cheese, then add in shredded chicken.
Drain pasta then add cheese to pasta and after all is combined, spread in 9X13 pan. Drizzle extra buffalo sauce on top and then add panko bread crumbs for crunch.
Bake for in 350dgr F oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly on edges and golden brown on top.
