The ingredients needed to make Moong dal chilla:
  1. Prepare 100 gms moong dal
  2. Prepare 30 grams paneer
  3. Take 1 green chilli chopped
  4. Get as required Chopped coriander
  5. Get as required Oil for as required
  6. Prepare as per taste Salt and red chilli as per taste
  7. Take as required Saunth meethi chutney
Steps to make Moong dal chilla:
  1. Wash and saok dal whole night. In morning change water. After 24 hours grind the fine paste.
  2. Add salt and chilli as per taste mix well. Rest for 10. Mins. Meanwhile mash the paneer and green chilli and coriander in it.
  3. Take a griddle pour batter on it like chilla consistency. Flip it when it become golden place paneer crumb in it and add oil for crispiness. Toss it till it golden from both sides.
  4. Take out serve with red chutney.
