  2. Heat a pan. Pour a ladle full of the batter and spread. Add a few drops of ghee and flip the Chilla to cook from the other sides. - Once it is alight brown color, take it out on a dish. Repeat the same way with the remaining batter.
  3. For the khalgut, take peanuts, green chilli, coriander,little water in a mixer jar. Grind into a paste.
  4. Heat a pan or kadhai and add ghee. - Add garlic and onions and saute. - Now add the peanut paste, salt and water. Cook till the khalgut thickens a bit.
