Steps to make Ragi chilla:
  1. Mix all the flours mentioned above with water. Go slow with waters The batter should be like dosa batter. Keep it for 1/2 hour.
  2. Add grated zucchini, carrots, chili, coriander and spring onion. Add cumin seeds, black pepper powder and salt mix nicely. In a nonstick pan drizzle 1tsp of oil. Pour this batter and spread it in a circular shape. Put some oil in sides and cover with lid and cook.
  3. Flip it to other side. Let it cook. Enjoy with green chutney or sauce.
