  3. While batter is resting chop all vegetables and keep ready. - You can add in grated carrots, ginger and finely chopped coriander leaves too.
  4. After 15 minutes, sooji must have absorbed water and oats also must have become soft. Add water to adjust consistency. Mix to make an even batter
  5. Remember batter must not be too runny neither should it be very thick.
  6. Next take the chopped vegetables and steamed cabbage and beans. Put all these into the batter. Mix well. Put eno and mix gently.
  7. Now heat a tawa. Pour in ladle full of batter.
  8. Brush some oil. Let it get cooked from one side.Flip and cook the other side too. Keep the flame slow.
