Instructions to make Paneer Stuffed Besan Chilla:
First, grate the paneer and process cheese and add it to a bowl. Then chopped vegetables as shown in all the vegetable ingredients.
Now add finely chopped tomatoes, finely chopped cucumber and finely chopped capsicum. Now add salt, chaat masala, red chili flakes, white pepper powder, finely chopped green chillies and green coriander leaves and mix well. Prepare the besan chila stuffing.
Now we will make a better for Chilla. For this, add besan in a bowl, add salt, asafoetida, red chilli powder and green coriander leaves and mix well. Now slowly add water as required and mix it to make a thinner batter.
Now grease a pan with oil and spread it batter. Spread oil on and around it, cook on both sides, fill the paneer stuffing made in this chilla and fold it on both sides. Prepare all the besan chilla in this way.
Now our paneer stuffed besan chilla is ready to serve. Serve this chilla hot with tomato ketchup or coriander mint chutney.
