Steps to make Masala Chilla:
  1. Mix all the ingredients. Add water to make the chills batter. Allow standing for 10 minutes.
  2. Grease the hot pan. Add laddles of chilla batter and spread in light hand.
  3. Cover and cook both sides of the chilla.
  4. Serve hot with imli (tamarind) chutney and watermelon fruits.
