  2. Heat tawa on medium flame pour batter and spread in roundshape little thicker than dosa spread stuffing all over spreader chilla & press gently with spatula and pour ghee outer sideof chilla. Again spread little batter on Stuffing and flip the chilla again apply ghee and cook both the sides crispy and golden brown in colour.
