Take 1 cup gram flour (besan)
Make ready 1/4 cup semolina
Prepare 2 green chillies
Make ready 1tsp red chilli powder

Take 1/2 cup methi and coriander leaves
Prepare as required Oil for roasting

Make ready 1 tbs oil
Get 1/4 tsp jeera
Make ready 2 green chillies
Get 1 inch ginger
Get 1 tbs chopped garlic
Make ready 1 small capsicum
Prepare 1/2 cup sweet corn
Make ready 1tsp red chilli powder
Take 1tsp coriander powder
Get 1/2tsp haldi powder
Take 1tsp jeera powder
Prepare 1tsp garam masala
Make ready as per taste Salt
Prepare 1/2 cup boiled mashed potatoes
Take 1/4 cup grated paneer
Take 1/2tsp amchur powder
Take 1tsp kasuri methi
Take 1 tbs spring onion
Prepare 1 tbs fresh coriander leaves
Get Extra ingredients
Make ready 2 cubes cheese
Steps to make Stuffed Besan Chilla:
Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera, green chillies,garlic and ginger. Saute for 1 minute.
Add capsicum and sweet corns and saute for 2 minutes. Add red chilli powder,coriander powder,garam masala and haldi, saute for 1-2 minutes continuing on medium flame.
Add mashed potatoes, paneer, aamchur powder, kasuri methi and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add spring onions and fresh coriander leaves. Mix well take it off from flame, cool down to room temperature.
Now take one bowl add besan and semolina. Add green chillies.
Add red chilli powder,haldi and salt in it. Now add fresh methi and coriander leaves.
Add water and make smooth batter without lumps. Keep a side for 10 minutes.
Firstly mix the besan Chilla batter again and take a ladelful of batter. Pour the batter on hot tawa. Spread gently making sure the Chilla is slightly thick. Spread a tsp oil around the corners.
Spread grated cheese and stuffing on it.
Now gently pour some more Chilla batter on it. Allow to cook on medium flame for a minute or until the bottom is cooked completely.
Now flip gently without breaking the Chilla. Press gently, making sure the Chilla is cooked from both sides.
Your Chilla is ready to serve. Serve it with tea or chutney.
