  1. Take 1 cup gram flour (besan)
  2. Make ready 1/4 cup semolina
  3. Prepare 2 green chillies

  8. Take 1/2 cup methi and coriander leaves

  12. Get 1/4 tsp jeera
  13. Make ready 2 green chillies
  14. Get 1 inch ginger
  15. Get 1 tbs chopped garlic
  16. Make ready 1 small capsicum
  17. Prepare 1/2 cup sweet corn
  18. Make ready 1tsp red chilli powder
  19. Take 1tsp coriander powder
  20. Get 1/2tsp haldi powder
  21. Take 1tsp jeera powder
  22. Prepare 1tsp garam masala
  23. Make ready as per taste Salt
  24. Prepare 1/2 cup boiled mashed potatoes
  25. Take 1/4 cup grated paneer
  26. Take 1/2tsp amchur powder
  27. Take 1tsp kasuri methi
  28. Take 1 tbs spring onion
  29. Prepare 1 tbs fresh coriander leaves
  30. Get Extra ingredients
  31. Make ready 2 cubes cheese
Steps to make Stuffed Besan Chilla:
  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera, green chillies,garlic and ginger. Saute for 1 minute.
  2. Add capsicum and sweet corns and saute for 2 minutes. Add red chilli powder,coriander powder,garam masala and haldi, saute for 1-2 minutes continuing on medium flame.
  3. Add mashed potatoes, paneer, aamchur powder, kasuri methi and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add spring onions and fresh coriander leaves. Mix well take it off from flame, cool down to room temperature.
  5. Now take one bowl add besan and semolina. Add green chillies.
  6. Add red chilli powder,haldi and salt in it. Now add fresh methi and coriander leaves.
  7. Add water and make smooth batter without lumps. Keep a side for 10 minutes.
  8. Firstly mix the besan Chilla batter again and take a ladelful of batter. Pour the batter on hot tawa. Spread gently making sure the Chilla is slightly thick. Spread a tsp oil around the corners.
  9. Spread grated cheese and stuffing on it.
  10. Now gently pour some more Chilla batter on it. Allow to cook on medium flame for a minute or until the bottom is cooked completely.
  11. Now flip gently without breaking the Chilla. Press gently, making sure the Chilla is cooked from both sides.
  12. Your Chilla is ready to serve. Serve it with tea or chutney.
