Get 1 cup chickpea flour(besan)
Take 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

Take 1 tbsp oil
Prepare 1 tbsp chopped onion
Take 1/2 cup mix vegetable (cabbage,capsicum,carrot and tomato)
Make ready 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Get 1 tbsp chopped bell pepper
Prepare 1 tbsp chopped french beans
Get 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
Get 1/2 cup paneer cubes
Make ready to taste Salt and red chilli powder
Take 1 tsp dry mango powder
Steps to make Stuffed Paneer Besan Chilla:
In a bowl take chickpea flour,add a pinch of salt and all powdered spices.Add water and make a flowing batter.Cover and leave for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile heat oil in a pan,add onion.Saute for 1 minute.Add all chopped vegetables.Stir.
Add all powdered spices,mix.Add 2 tbsp water.Cover and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
Crumble paneer and add to vegetables.Mix well. Add chopped coriander leaves.Take out and keep aside.
Now heat a non-stick tawa/pan.Pour a ladle full of chickpea batter.Spread with gentle strokes.
Coo on low -medium flame for 3 minutes on one side.Apply 1 tsp oil on upper side.
Flip over and cook further for 3-4minutes on low flame.
Spread half of stuffing on chilla,fold and take out.
Prepare another one in same way.
Serve hot with green chutney or chutney of your choice.
