  1. Prepare Boiled potatoes
  2. Make ready Boiled peas, carrots
  3. Get Boiled and grated fresh beet

  1. Mix all the boiled vegetables togther. Add onion, ginger/ garlic paste. Mash and mix it well. Add lemon juice.
  2. Now add all the dry masalas one by one n keep mixing. Soak bread in water for 30 secs sqeeze and add to the mixture. You can also add cornflour or bread crumbs. Mix well. Make shape of cutlets. You can deep fry or shallow fry to your choice. I choose to shallow fry it.
  3. Serve hot with ketchup, chillie sauce or green chutney.
