  2. Add chicken broth and potatoes.
  3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer gently for 20 minutes.

  5. Stir milk into flour and whisk.
  6. Stir into potato mixture.
  7. Add italian sausage.
  8. Add Tabasco for desired kick.
  9. Heat till bubbly, then heat one minute more.
