Cut homemade herb paneer into three inch by two inch for filling
Crush the paan leaves, coriander leaves, mint leaves, sauf & dhaniya dal all together and add gulkand n katri
Prepare batter mix gram flour, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, carom seeds, hing, soda & salt
Add sufficient water & whisk well to make a batter of a coating consistency
Stuff paan chutney between the layer of paneer slices than cheese slice on it than a paneer slice than grated carrot and tomato sauce than covered with paneer
Heat sufficient oil in kadai, than dip whole paneer stuffing in the batter - Roll in the batter of gram flour paste & deep fry on medium heat till crisp & golden brown
Drain on absorbent paper & cut it into 4 long pieces than garnish it with grated Amul cheeses and sprinkle mix herbs & serve hot with chutney of your choice
