  18. Take 1 cup tamarind pulp

  20. Prepare 1/2 bowl Mint leaves
  21. Get 1/2 bowl coriander leaves

  23. Prepare Salt as per taste
  24. Make ready 3 cloves garlic
  25. Prepare 1 green chilli
  26. Prepare Water as required
  27. Get Besan phulki
  28. Prepare 1 and 1/2 cup gram flour
  29. Take Water as required
  30. Take Salt as per taste
  31. Make ready 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
  32. Get 1/2 tablespoon roasted and crushed cumin seeds
  33. Get 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
  34. Prepare Cooking oil for frying
Instructions to make Dahi phulki chaat:
  1. Take a bowl, add curd and salt and whisk well and keep aside
  2. Now take all the ingredients of sweet chutney in a grinder (sugar, red chilli flakes, fennel seeds, black salt, dried ginger powder, roasted cumin powder, salt, jaggery, tamarind pulp) grind them well..
  3. Now take all the ingredients of green chutney and grinde them to make it's paste..
  4. Now to make phulki, take a bowl and add gram flour and water as required and mix it for 3 to 4 minutes and add all spices and mix well..
  5. Now heat cooking oil and fry phulki untill golden brown
  6. Take a bowl and add water into it and add phulki after frying and keep it in for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes squeeze and press excess water..
  7. Now assemble all the things at one place..take a serving bowl add whisk curd in it and then phulki in it..then red chilli flakes and sprinkle chaat masala over it
  8. Now add boiled potatoes and chikpeas one by one and then tomato and onion and then sweet chutney and green chutney
  9. At the end add papri and sweet and green chutney over it..and serve it..
