The ingredients needed to make Bhajia:
  1. Get 1/2 cup chopped Corriander
  2. Prepare 1 onion diced
  3. Make ready 1 clove garlic crushed
  4. Make ready 1 /2 a tsp crushed ginger

  6. Prepare 1 tsp baking powder
  7. Take 1 & 1/2 cup gram flour
  8. Take 1/2 cup wheat flour

  1. In a bowl, sift together gram flour, wheat flour, baking powder and salt.
  2. Add water gradually as you mix to get a semi thick consistency
  3. Add the chopped coriander, onion, garlic and ginger. Give it a good mix.
  4. Let it rest 10-15 mimutes meanwhile, in a wok or frying pan, heat up some oil for deep frying
  5. Using a spoon, scoop portions of the batter and fry for about 1 minute then remove and drain excess oil
  6. Serve with your favorite dip and enjoy
