  1. Take a bowl and add gram flour, semolina and ginger chilli paste.
  2. Add turmeric powder, salt, hing and curd. Mix it well.
  3. Add some water and mix it well to make lumps free batter.
  4. Grease the mould with oil.
  5. Add fruit salt and stir in one direction to mix evenly with batter.
  6. Pour into greased mould and place it in microwave for 60% power level for 4 minutes.
  7. Remove the moulds from microwave and cool it for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Unmould the khaman.
  9. For tempering heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, chopped green chillies, hing and curry leaves. Then add water and sugar and let it boil.
  10. Pour the tempering over the Khaman cups.
  11. Garnish it with pomegranate seeds. Serve khaman cups with green chutney and tomato sauce.
