  19. Get Tarka!
  20. Get 1/4 Cup Oil
  21. Prepare 1 small Onion sliced
  22. Take 3 Garlic Gloves
  23. Get 4-5 Whole red chilies
  24. Prepare 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  25. Get 8-19 Curry patta
Steps to make Curry Pakora!:
  1. Prepare Karhi! In a grinder add besan, yogurt, salt, haldi, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and grind it..
  2. Add it in your pot, add more water and start boiling it. Cover and cook on low flame (approx. 2 & ½ hours) and keep stirring in between..
  3. Prepare Pakoray: - - In pot add gram flour, salt, baking soda and mix well..
  4. Gradually add water and mix well to form a smooth batter
  5. Add cumin seeds,red chilli powder,green chilies,onion,fresh coriander and mix well..
  6. Heat oil and fry pakoray until crispy and golden.. Now add fried pakoray in kadhi, stir gently and cook for 1-2 minutes
  7. For Tadka: - - In frying pan fry onions, whole red chillies, cumin seeds, curry leaves..
  8. Now add this tadka on kadhi.. - - Its ready! 🥰😋❣️
