  8. Add salt, red chilli flakes, chat masala, water and mix well
  9. Now take out phulki from water and squeez all the water gently and soak in yogurt mixture
  10. Prepare baghar with cumin seeds, mustard seeds, onions, red chilli, curry leaves and oil. When become golden brown than pour over dahi phulki and serve
