Take a bowl and add gram flour in it, add salt, red chilli, carom seeds

Add 1 pinch of baking soda just before frying

Deep fry them till golden brown. Than take out from oil and keep in a plate
Now take a bowl and add water and some salt in it and soak phulki in water till they become soft
In another bowl take yogurt
Add salt, red chilli flakes, chat masala, water and mix well
Now take out phulki from water and squeez all the water gently and soak in yogurt mixture
