  7. Add water and start kneading dough. Make a semi-soft dough. Make a small ball sized portion.
  8. Roll the paratha. Heat a tawa and place a paratha. Bubbles up on upper side flip it and apply oil.
  9. Flip the side and apply oil. Cook it light golden.
  10. For rose shape, with the help of knife cut the paratha from the centre in spiral shape.
  11. Then pick the edge of centre and start rotating in a circular motion towards the end. Rose paratha are ready. Enjoy with paneer bhurji.
