  1. Stuffing: - Combine mashed potato, cumin seed, salt & red chilli powder. Mix well all the ingredients. Stuffing is ready.
  2. Take a bowl add Gram Flour, Salt, Red chilli powder, Red Chilli flakes, Whole coriander crushed, Ajwain, Cumin seed, Green chilies, and Coriander leaves. Add water to make wet batter & mix well.
  3. Method - Place spinach leaf on dry surface and place potato stuffed in the center of leaf. - Fold in the edges of the leaf and start rolling from the broad end towards the tapering end.
  4. Dip it in the batter and deep-fry in hot oil till the pakoda turns light brown in colour and crisp from all sides. - Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make pakodas. Serve hot with desired Chutney.
