  2. Add salt and let it sit for couple of minutes so that it oozes out the water.
  3. Add chopped chilies, ginger and cilantro..

  5. Mix everything and add besan and rice flour. Make batter like consistency. Do not add any water. If needed add a little at a time
  6. Fry small ball sized pakoras, once brown take them out and flatten them with a spoon.
  7. Re-fry them and serve hot with your favorite chutney.
