Prepare 1 tsp mustard seeds
Take 1 tsp white Sesame (til)

Get 2 Chillies cut in the middle
Prepare 1 cup water
Prepare 2 tsp sugar
Make ready 1/2 tsp lemon juice
Make ready to taste Salt
Take as required Chopped coriander leaves to garnish
Make ready 2 tbsp grated coconut for garnishing
Instructions to make Gujurati Khaman Dhokla:
At first, take a mixing bowl sieve gram flour (Besan), then add semolina, and add other ingredients mentioned above except baking soda then mix well and make a smooth batter of Dhokla consistency. Add water if required.
Then rest it for 20-25 minutes.
Now add Baking soda and mix well. Then immediately steam the Dhokla batter for 15 - 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, temper the tempering ingredients in a pan.
Then transfer the Dhokla to a plate and cut it and pour the tempering ingredients soon after tempering it.
Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and 2 tbsp fresh grated coconut.
Finally, serve it with chutney and sauce.
