  3. In a bowl, mashed potatoes and add cooked suji, salt, coriander leaves along with oil. Mix well.
  4. Prepare fingers using this mixture. - Fingers can be pan fried, deep fried or airfried in preheat air fryer at 180 degrees for 12-14 mins.
  5. Serve immediately with tomato ketchup.
