  15. Get 1/4 cup Chili Powder
  16. Prepare 1 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
  17. Make ready 1 tsp Ground Cumin

  19. Get 1/4 tsp Salt
  20. Make ready 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  21. Take 2 Bay Leaves
Instructions to make Chili:
  1. Toss Cubed Beef in Flour
  2. Salt and Pepper to taste
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Add cubed and ground beef, brown on all sides. 5-6 minutes.
  5. Add onion and garlic to skillet, cook and stir for 3 minutes. Add to slow cooker.
  6. Add water and Bay Leaves to skillet and bring to a boil.
  7. Cook and stir and scrape up drippings from bottom of the skillet. Add to slow cooker with remaining ingredients.
  8. Stir and cover. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or until blended and thickened.
  9. Remove Bay Leaves before serving.
