  2. Prepare 1 medium Chayote
  3. Prepare 1 can Sweet corn
  4. Prepare 4 stick Finger root spices, mashed
  5. Take 5 clove Red onions or shallots, diced
  6. Get 2 tbsp Sugar
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp Salt
  8. Make ready 600 ml Water
Steps to make Spinach Soup (Sayur Bayam):
  1. Picking spinach leaves one by one and then wash.
  2. Picking corn kernels one by one. Or you can use canned corn.
  3. Peel the chayote, wash, then cut into cubes (or maybe into heart shape if you want :p ).
  4. Peel the finger root spices, wash and then mashed.
  5. Sliced red onion or shallots.
  6. After all the ingredients ready then boil the water in sauce pan. And then add the chayote, corn kernels, finger root, red onion, sugar and salt. Boiled until the chayote is tender.
  7. Add the spinach and wait again until 3 minutes. And then make sure to taste.
  8. The dish is ready. Eat with rice and fried egg for maximum taste :) or maybe with "PerkedelJagung" for super duper taste :) i'll make the recipe soon :) Enjoy!
